Delivery Time
We understand the importance of delivering your precious silk sarees safely and on time. Our delivery timeframes are:
- Standard Delivery (India): 5-7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (available in select cities)
- International Shipping: 10-15 business days (for orders above ₹50,000)
Please note that delivery times may vary during festivals, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any delays. All silk sarees are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping (India): On orders above ₹5,000
- Standard Shipping (India): ₹200 for orders below ₹5,000
- International Shipping: Free on orders above ₹50,000 (charges apply for lower amounts)
- Express Shipping: ₹500 (additional charges may apply)
Delivery Process
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.
Processing
Your order will be processed and carefully packed within 1-2 business days. Each silk saree is individually wrapped, protected, and packed in premium packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, maintaining its elegance and quality.
Shipping
Your silk saree order will be shipped via our trusted logistics partners with special care. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment and ensure safe delivery of your precious purchase.
Delivery
Our delivery partner will contact you before delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your silk saree package. We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. We also offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you immediately and process a full refund.
Important Notes
- Please provide accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address.
- We recommend being available during the delivery window to receive your precious silk saree. Our delivery partners will handle your package with utmost care.
- If you are unavailable during delivery, our delivery partner will attempt delivery 2 more times before returning the package.
- Please check your package upon delivery. Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.
