Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel an order:

  • Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  • Click on "Cancel Order" for the order you wish to cancel
  • Or contact our customer support team

Cancellation Timeframe

  • Before Shipment: Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • After Shipment: You can return the product within 7 days of delivery (see Return Policy)

Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Pricing error on the website
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transaction
  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Payment failure or incomplete payment

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You can return silk sarees within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • Saree is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Saree is not damaged, altered, or tampered with
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • Saree has not been washed, dry-cleaned, or altered in any way
  • Return request is initiated within the return window
  • Product is returned in the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or dry-cleaned
  • Sarees without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or wear
  • Personalized, custom-made, or altered sarees
  • Sarees returned after the 7-day return period
  • Items that have been used for events or occasions

Return Process

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order you want to return
  3. Click "Return" and select the reason for return
  4. We will arrange for pickup or provide return shipping label
  5. Once we receive and verify the product, refund will be processed

Return Shipping Charges

  • Defective/Wrong Product: Free return shipping (we cover the cost)
  • Change of Mind: Return shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount
