At Dubai Silks, we aim to process your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our cancellation and exchange guidelines below.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests
- Cancellation requests are accepted only within 12 hours of placing the order
- Requests must be submitted via email to support@dubaisilks.com with order details
After dispatch
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched
Important notes
- Cancellation requests beyond the 12-hour window may not be considered
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Exchange Policy
At Dubai Silks, we offer exchange-only policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Products are eligible for exchange only
- Refunds are not provided
- Exchanges are subject to approval based on the conditions below
Exchange Eligibility
Initiation Window
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery
Valid Reasons for Exchange
You may request an exchange in case of:
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect item delivered
- Variation in product color or description
- Personal preference (e.g., material not as expected)
Non-Eligible Cases
- Orders with customized tassel work are not eligible for exchange or cancellation
- International orders are not eligible for exchange or cancellation
- Items purchased during sale/discount offers cannot be exchanged, returned, or canceled
Exchange Process
Request Submission
- Email us at support@dubaisilks.com
- Include: Order ID, reason for exchange, supporting images (if damaged/incorrect item)
Approval
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
Return Shipment
Once approved, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags and packaging intact
Customers are responsible for safely packing and shipping the product back
Shipping & Charges
- A logistics fee of ₹100 per item applies for forward and return shipping (for free shipping orders)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

Quality Check
All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch
Damage Reporting
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Processing Time
Approved exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days
Single Exchange Policy
Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Multiple exchange requests for the same order will not be accepted
Important Disclaimer
- Product images are taken under neutral lighting; actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
- Sarees must be returned in original condition and packaging to qualify for exchange
